About Me
Believing that the best way to predict the future is to invent
it, I launch this website as my portal to the beginning of a
fruitful and productive phase of life.
Having spent the past few years tinkering with computers, an
attempt to portray myself to the world using the web seemed
befitting. Not to mention, that doing so otherwise would be
virtually impossible, besides being unjust and cruel to my
closest pals, computers.
This website projects my accomplishments to date in a manner,
which I hope is in line with what I have learned so far.
This is a sincere endeavor to help you know me and my work
better.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Chemistry
and more the 7 years of extensive experience in the
Media/Post-Production & Grafix field. In this context I have
created, updated and maintained a web presence for a variety of
my clients. To establish a substantial sense of my credibility I
provide a more comprehensive analysis of my past work
experience.
As a Multimedia Specialist at AMP, one of the
premiere names in media production in the Eastern Province of
Saudi Arabia, I completed
projects of varying complexities reconciling software and
hardware concerns. My position exposed me to world of
Documentaries & corporate videos. I was also responsible for
handling Grafix Section. Also got the opportunity to work in
close relation with some of internationally recognized and
well-known companies in the Middle East such as Saudi Aramco,
Sabic Group, Worley Parsons (Maaden), United Petrochemicals,
Hadeed Steel, Marafiq, Sipchem, Tasnee Petrochemicals,
Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating, Amiantit Group and many others, for
production of documentary films. Regular interactions with my peers and seniors
acquainted me with the skills required at these demanding
managerial positions
While working at Vision 2000, a well known post production house in
Mumbai-India, I
worked as Video Editor, working
hand in hand with the designers & the production team. Also
created several animations for Television Channels &
presentations. My job enabled me to interact with clients and
acquire critical information required for various brainstorming
sessions. Through these jobs, I have developed excellent
technical and interpersonal skills, which I want to explore
further by working for your organization.
My job at Shivam Interactive demanded me to maintain 75-90 hours of
weekly work, frequent meetings with clients, peers and senior
officials, at regular intervals during the week, to report
progress and contemplate further action plans. Working in such
competitive environments, I have learned to give my best and
work strategically under pressure and meet deadlines. I have
become far-sighted and realized the importance of visualizing
the future consequences of any action. This attitude, I feel is
the cornerstone of development for any company.
Working in such versatile environments,
has helped develop my technical, organizational and
communicational skills.
